1. How to caculate the flat style house area?
1)The length and the width are measured by " T ", 1T=1150mm; the height is measured by " H", 1H=1000mm,
So our standard flat house’s specification is nTxnTxnH(WxLxH).
Generally speaking, the width of our house is 3T～6T.
One floor= 3H =3.00m, Two floors =6H=6m.
2).Area Calculation :
The area of a standard prefab house is calculated by the following rule:
① Area of house = (Exterior Wall Length+0.16m) ×( Exterior Wall Width+0.16m) × Storey amount.
0.16m is the width of C section steel column in two sides.
② Area of a standard stair is 4.5 sq.m per set.If need two sets,the total area of stair is 4.5x2=9 sq.m.
③ Area of awning is half of its projective area on level surface.
④ Area of balcony is its projective area on level surface.
⑤ Total Area =①+②+③+④
2.What is the service life of Yaoda Prefabricated Buildings ?
Prefabricated structures are in the long life building class and can be used safely about 50 years.Excessive wind, snow, rain, humitidy and the way of usage are the factors that can affect the structure’s life.It is needed to make maitenence as the other type of buildings need.
3.Can prefabricated buildings dissamble and reassemble in a differen locations ?
Yes, that's possible. It only requires disassembly cost, re-installation cost, painting cost, and sanitary installation cost. It is possible to make amendment in buildings if required.
